Certified organic ingredients: Brown Rice flour, Tapioca starch, Buckwheat flour, Sorghum flour, Potato starch, Psyllium Husk, Flaxseed, Extra Virgin olive oil, Salt, Maple syrup & Filtered water.
We encourage everyone to prioritise long-fermented, lower-gluten loaves like spelt or rye, as organic, chemical-free sourdough is generally well tolerated.
However, in some cases, temporarily removing gluten can be beneficial for people suffering with an autoimmune condition or IBS/gut disturbances such as (Leaky gut or on a low FODMAP diet etc).
Made from Gluten Free ingredients, Vegan, Vegetarian. May contain traces of gluten due to environmental cross contamination. Not suitable for coeliac disease.
