Zahlee McGuire - Clinical Nutritionist
Zahlee is a Clinical Nutritionist with a deep passion for gut health and whole-body healing. Having navigated her own health struggles, she brings firsthand understanding, empathy, and insight to every client she works with.
Her approach is rooted in uncovering the why behind symptoms like bloating, fatigue, skin issues, and hormonal imbalances — using personalised nutrition, lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation, and functional testing where needed.
Zahlee lives on Bribie Island with her partner Johnny, their son Roko, their dog Valour, and a flock of backyard chickens. She loves staying active, gardening, soaking up the beach lifestyle, and finding balance in the chaos of everyday life.
With a calm, down-to-earth presence, Zahlee offers real, practical support to help you feel good from the inside out — because she knows just how life-changing that can be.

Brett Northam - Accredited Practising Nutritionist
Brett Northam is an Accredited Practising Nutritionist (APN) with a strong interest in supporting clients with hormonal and reproductive health concerns, autoimmune conditions, and adjunctive nutritional care in mental health.
Brett works with a broad range of presentations, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, type 2 diabetes, menstrual irregularities, and supporting women through their perimenopause journey. His clinical approach emphasises evidence-based practice, collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and individualised care.
Brett’s philosophy is that when health foundations are built on a balanced, nourishing diet, regular movement, and quality sleep, individuals are better equipped to thrive in all areas of life. He applies this philosophy through patient-centred, empathetic care and a food-first approach, with targeted practitioner-only supplementation used where clinically appropriate.
Drawing on lived experience following a twelve-year career in the Australian Army, Brett offers personalised nutrition plans, lifestyle strategies, and practical goal-setting in a supportive and compassionate manner.
Brett lives in Forster with his wife Mikaela, daughter Billie, and their labradoodle, Basil. Outside of clinical practice, his interests include strength training, ice baths, cooking, chess, and collecting vintage movie posters.
